Our Story

Built By A Family That Never Left.

Cedar Valley isn't a project the Martin family bought into. It's the ground they've worked, mowed and played for decades.

"We didn't develop this land to build houses on it. We built houses because we already loved this land."

— Martin family, founders

The Martin family has owned and operated Cedar Valley Golf Course for decades — a family-run course that most of Oklahoma has played at least once. Generations of the family grew up on this ground, and the course became the anchor for everything around it.

Three Tree Homes was founded in 2018 to build in that same community. Not to import a subdivision, but to add homes to a place the family already cared about — with BOGI Developers shaping the land plan so the neighborhoods, the golf course, The Hangar and the open ground all belong to one another.

The family still lives here. They still run the course. When a Three Tree home closes, the builder doesn't disappear — he's the neighbor two fairways over.

The next chapters are being planned with the same care: connected trails, a pond, green space and a community garden, followed over time by an active adult neighborhood and a mixed-use district with places to eat, stay and gather.
