Live Where The Land
Already Made Sense.

A relaxed, growing community minutes from Edmond, Guthrie and Oklahoma City — golf at its center, gathering places between neighborhoods, and homes built for the land.

"We didn't develop this land to build houses on it. We built houses because we already loved this land."

— The Martin family, Cedar Valley Golf Course & Three Tree Homes

Where We Build

One Place, Several Ways To Live In It.

The Landing wraps around the fairways. Cedar Valley Farms opens onto more land. The golf course and The Hangar bring everyone together.

Our Process

Slow Where It Counts. Simple Everywhere Else.

Step 1

Walk The Land

We start on the ground — sun, slope, trees, views. The homesite decides half the house.

Step 2

Design It Together

Plans shaped around how you actually live, not a catalog page.

Step 3

Build It Right

Local trades we've used for years, and a builder on site every week.

Step 4

Stay Neighbors

We don't hand over keys and vanish. We live two fairways over.

The Builder

A Family That Never Left.

The Martin family has owned and operated Cedar Valley Golf Course for decades. Three Tree Homes was founded in 2018 to build in the community they already loved — with BOGI Developers shaping the land plan around it.

Same family. Same ground. Same phone number after closing.

What It's Like To Live Here.

We came out to play nine holes and left with a lot picked out. Two years later it still feels like the right call.

The Whitakers

The Landing at Cedar Valley

They built exactly what we drew on a napkin, and they answered the phone every single time.

Good Questions

Before You Ask.

Do I have to golf to live here?

Not at all. Plenty of neighbors have never picked up a club — the course just makes for very good views and very quiet mornings.

Can I bring my own builder?

Cedar Valley homes are built by Three Tree Homes so quality and design stay consistent across the community. Talk to us about your plans.

How far is it to Edmond and OKC?

About 15 minutes to Edmond and roughly half an hour to downtown Oklahoma City, with Guthrie just up the road.

What's still coming?

A 55+ active adult neighborhood and a mixed-use district with restaurants, golf cottages and garage condos are planned. Trails, a community pond, green space and a community garden are also in planning to connect the neighborhoods over time.
